The primary role of the Client Services Representative (Shift - afternoon and evening) is to ensure Lightspeed provides its clientele with a truly exceptional and personalized customer service experience. The position will require the candidate to gain expertise in multiple aspects of the business including technology, trading, clearing, and compliance. The individual will need to be able to work independently, show extreme responsibility in shift coverage, and an elevated level of leadership to be successful working in this environment. They will need to maintain a high degree of communication with both the overnight and daytime shifts. Account Services Representative
Location: Morristown, NJ / Remote during COVID-19 restrictions
Could also be located in Chicago, IL

The role of Account Services encompasses two primary functions: Client Onboarding and Cashiering. The primary functions of the Account Services Representative are a) to review and process applications for new client accounts as well as modifications to existing accounts and b) to process client requests for asset transfers to/from their Lightspeed accounts via a variety of traditional banking and brokerage processes. The Account Services rep works closely with colleagues in the Operations and Sales departments in addition to the Account Services staff. He/she approaches each client-facing task with a “Know Your Customer” mindset as well as a “be the customer” approach.
